The members attending the session in Tobruk parliament have failed to reach consensus again on whether to vote for or against the approval of the new cabinet that was presented by Fayiz Al-Serraj and his Presidential Council’s members.

This comes while Al-Serraj himself was not there in Tibruk, he has arrived earlier in Cairo, Egypt, to discuss with Egyptian authorities the ways needed to help his new will-be government.

Tobruk parliament’s President Aqilah Saleh, decided to delay the voting on the new cabinet to next Monday on February 29.
