30kg cocaine seized in Al-Khums power station
The Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity has seized 30 kilograms of cocaine during an inspection campaign inside the Al-Khums power station.
During inspection tours inside the Al-Khums power station, members of the General Electricity Protection Department found a quantity of cocaine hidden inside a bag behind the station’s walls, estimated at about 30 kilograms, the Ministry indicated.
It also confirmed that all legal measures were taken and the competent Public Prosecution ordered the execution of drugs in the Al-Khums Criminal Investigation Department, in the presence of the Public Prosecutor and members of the Al-Khums General Electricity Protection Department.
