Turkey approves cooperation in Al-Haddad aircraft case

Libya’s Attorney General has confirmed that Ministry of Justice has approved the dispatch of a delegation from the Turkish public prosecution service to participate in investigations into the aircraft incident involving Al-Haddad and his companions.
Speaking to local media, the Attorney General said Ankara had also agreed to a formal request submitted by the Libyan side to provide all relevant information related to the incident and the damaged aircraft, underlining what he described as constructive judicial cooperation between the two countries.
The move is expected to support ongoing technical and legal inquiries, with the Turkish delegation set to work alongside Libyan prosecutors as part of a joint effort to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
No details were given regarding the timing of the delegation’s arrival or the precise scope of the information to be shared, pending the completion of procedural arrangements between the two sides.
