The Defense Minister of the Government of National Accord, Al-Mahdi Al-Barghathi, rejected the order of Al-Thinni government to dissolve the Special Missions Unit and the Security Backup Unit of the military intelligence, saying the order is unjustified.
Al-Barghathi added that those fighters who formed Brigades to Defend Benghazi are no more than militias to be classified as terrorist groups, pointing out that those groups will definitely fight alongside ISIS.
