Benghazi’s “Red Crescent” celebrates the 52nd anniversary of its foundation

The Libyan ‘Red Crescent’ branch in the city of Benghazi celebrated the 52nd anniversary of its foundation on Thursday. The ceremony witnessed the graduation of new batch of leaders and assistant leaders for youth and volunteer teams.
The official spokesman for the Red Crescent Organization, Mohamed el-Mosrati, said they’re seeking to train new volunteers and introducing them to the origination’s values.
“Our role is to raise the capabilities of youth and encourage them to invest their time to serve those in need.”
“El-Mosrati” has also stressed on the importance of youth’s participation in public life.
