Dignity Operation warplanes bomb Seedi Azeez in Derna
Sources from Derna city said Dignity Operation (Karama) warplanes bombed Thursday morning a number of houses in Seedi Azeez neighbourhood.
The sources explained that the shelling caused no casualties in the neighbourhood, but destroyed a number of houses as the area is considered stuffed with civilians and a residential area.
Omar Al-Mukhtar force affiliated with Dignity Operation, led by Khalifa Haftar, said on social media that they will bomb all Derna’ residential areas including Al-Sheeha, 400, and others, until the city’s revolutionaries surrender their weapons to them, according to their statement.
Derna has been for long a target of Dignity Operation airstrikes and is now besieged by its forces even though the city had previously been announced void of ISIS militants, who were defeated by the city’s Shura Council fighters in late April.
