Dignity Operation warplanes shell Derna four times on Saturday dawn
Sources from Derna reported that the warplanes of Dignity Operation, which is led by Khalifa Haftar, carried out four airstrikes on the city center on Saturday dawn.
The sources indicated that the airstrikes left ten civilians wounded and destroyed a number of civilian houses in the city center of Derna.
Earlier, social media reported that a deal made by Abdulbaset Igtit and signed by Khalifa Haftar and Aqilah Saleh advocated the “living together and renouncing of division” slogan was supposed to keep Derna safely out of any more airstrikes, according to Igtit’s media office.
However, the spokesman of Dignity Operation denied the deal saying that Haftar had never signed any agreement paper suggested by Igtit and that the agreement doesn’t represent the Dignity Operation at all.
