Shalgham: Gaddafi’s regime remnants use ISIS to climb back to power
Abdurrahman Mohamed Shalgham, Libya’s former ambassador to the United Nations falsified to Ean Libya all rumours began circulating on social media about his participation in an Italian radio forum on ISIS role in Libya and the death of two Italians in Sabratha.
In the Italian forum, attended by Italian former Chief Commander, and former Italian President, G. Napolitano, there was a panoramic presentation of how to solve Libya’s crisis in which Shalgham elaborated on Libya’s political history and the absence of the state concept among politicians.
“There are so many parties in Libya that are using ISIS presence in the country, among which some of Gaddafi regime loyalists who are remaining in the scene.” Said Shalgham.
Answering a question about the possible solution for the Libyan crisis, he said there must be one unity government that can fight terrorism and bring back stability and security to the country.
