Khalifa  Haftar’s forces claimed on Friday that at least 12 ISIS militants were killed in southern Libya.

Haftar’s forces said they “carried out a surprise attack against IS remnants hiding in Haruj mountains, and killed more than 12 terrorists of a group called the Lonely Wolves.”

They said that the terrorists hiding inside Haruj mountains in southern Libya are responsible for several terrorist attacks in the region, it noted.

ISIS has been defeated in Sirte by Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous forces after a seven-month battle and in Derna by Derna Shura Council fighters.
