An overnight airstrike by Khalifa Haftar’s warplanes destroyed a field hospital on the Airport Road in southern Tripol, killing 5 medical doctors and injuring at least 6 others.

Photos posted on social media showed the destruction at the hospital that was used to treat injured people in the frontlines of southern Tripoli.

The spokesman for the hospital, Malik Marseet, confirmed the number of deaths and injuries and said the hospital was left in total pandemonium after the airstrike of Haftar’s forces.

This is yet another airstrike on a medical facility and civilian target by Haftar’s forces after all the previous targets that killed hundreds of innocent people, including over 50 migrants earlier this month.
