Head of State Supreme Council: Political agreement left the amendment of constitutional declaration ambiguous

The Head of the State Supreme Council, Abdulrahman Al-Shater, said the Skhirat agreement left the amendment of the constitutional declaration mysterious, saying that it did not specify whether it is the General National Congress or Tobruk Parliament.

On Tuesday, the State Supreme Council met for the first time and amended the constitutional declaration with 70 GNC members attending.
