HoR members assaulted, kicked out of meeting
A well-informed source from Tobruk told Ean Libya that some of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives’ members were assaulted and kicked out of the meeting session.
The source, who asked to remain unidentified, said that MP Siham Sergaiwa and MP Adnan Al-Shaab were verbally attacked and received a lot of swear words.
It also added that the second deputy speaker of the HoR was also included in the assault, pointing out that the HoR Speaker, Aqila Saleh, dismissed the security guards from the meeting session, which made the MPs more vulnerable to assault.
