Jonathan Winer calls for immediate ceasefire in oil crescent region

The US delegate to Libya, Jonathan Winer, has called for immediate ceasefire in the oil crescent region calling on the forces in control of the terminals to withdraw, without naming what forces are those.
On Twitter Monday, Winer said he supports dialogue and ceasefire, saying fight can bring a lot of risks to the country and the infrastructure of the oil facilities.
Fighting brings serious risk to #Libya oil infrastructure. Support cease fire, withdrawal of forces & dialogue-not this dangerous conflict.

His comments came shortly after fighting broke out on Sunday between forces of Dignity Operation and Petroleum Facilities Guard forces for the control of the key oil terminals.
