Kobler and Mogherini discuss support for GNA
The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, said on Twitter Wednesday that he told the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini, how grateful he is for the EU’s support for the political process in Libya.
