Kobler in Oman to soothe things up

The United Nations envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, met The Omani Foreign Minister, Youssef Bin Alawi Tuesday in Muscat and discussed the latest about the Libya status quo as well as the efforts of the UN envoy with the Libyan political parties.
The meeting comes as a step towards promoting the political agreement signed by political parties in Skhirat, Morocco on December 17 and by which the Serraj government was approved and later recognized by the UN Security Council.
