The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, said the civilians caught up in the middle of Benghazi war are going through a very dangerous, concerning situation.

On Twitter, Kobler said this morning that all parties must protect the civilians stuck in the conflict zones and help evacuate them immediately and safely.

Meanwhile, Benghazi is going through military escalation by Dignity Operation (Karama) forces led by Khalifa Haftar, which pushed the Benghazi Shura Council fighters out of many positions in the city.
