Libya to lose right to vote in the General Assembly of the UN

The UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, said that 15 countries around the world, one of which is Libya, are going to lose the right to vote in the General Assembly (GA) because they are arrears in their contribution for the GA.
The banned list included oil rich Iran and Venezuela in addition to other countries that are indebted to the UN General Assembly, such as Bahrain, Yemen, Somalia and others.
