Libyan air force raids ISIS lurks in Sirte, paves the way for ground troops offensive
The pro-GNA Libyan air force appointed under the command of Al-Bunyan Al-Msrsous operation, which is led by Misurata forces, confirmed that their warplanes targeted the last of ISIS hideouts in the city center of Sirte, paving the way for the grand offensive to be carried out by ground troops.
On Wednesday, the spokesman of Al-Bunyan Al-MArsous, Muhammad Al-Ghasri, said the forces have uncovered a building used as an explosives-making factory during combing through the freed areas in Sirte.
Sources from the AL-Bunyan AL-Marsous operation reported that they found important documents in the building as well as a great number of bombs and explosives ready for use by ISIS militants.
