Libyan Airlines declines to take part in National Labourers Union strike
The Libyan Airlines Company has issued a statement Thursday declining the tendency to take part in the coming strike that was called for by the Libyan Labourers National Union to kick off next Sunday.
Earlier this week, the Labourers National Union in Libya had called for a partial strike in the aviation sector starting Sunday, March 20.
The Labourers Union explained that the strike comes as a protest that will go on until their demands are answered.
“If our demands for salary payment are not granted, then we would go on a complete strike that will be open-ended starting from March 27.” the National Laboureres Union stated.
