Libyan Olympic team returns home with gold
The Libyan Olympic team returned Wednesday to Tripoli with two good medals, one silver and one bronze after finishing its participation at the 17th Arabic Olympic Championship held in Telmsan, Algeria.
The two gold medals were awarded to Ritaj Al-Sayeh in the hammer throw competitions, the silver and bronze medals were brought by Ihab Fathi in the triple jump competition and long jump competition respectively, the General Manager of Athletics Al-Habeeb Beleed said.
The 17th Arabic Olympic Championship kicked off at the beginning of May and lasted till Monday, May 9th.
