Libyan Wings to start flying to Jeddah

Libyan Wings airliner has announced a new flights route to Jeddah and Medina in Saudi Arabia starting Monday, May 16th.

The airliner, which is based in Tripoli, clarified that the flights to Jeddah and Medina will take place five days a week, except Thursdays and Sundays.

The new destination to Saudi Arabia comes at the start of Umrah season with the coming of Ramadan as people tend to travel to the holy sites in Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia.

Libyan Wings is a Libyan passenger carrier that commenced its service operations back in October 2015. The carrier operates scheduled, charter and freight services from Tripoli Mitiga Airport, using A319 equipment, in addition, its network includes destinations to Tunisia, Turkey and Sudan.
