Seachance, an oil vessel that has been obstructed from loading oil for the Tripoli-based National Oil Corporation for three weeks, has now resumed loading its shipment of 600 thousand barrels and awaits to set off to Britain, oil officials disclosed.
Earlier this week, an agreement between the Tripoli-based NOC and the parallel Benghazi-based NOC a was struck to end the stoppage of oil exportation in Al-Hariga port, which was a reaction by Al-Thinni government to blocking its attempts to sell oil outside the NOC in Tripoli.
