Martin Kobler takes advantage of Munich talks to bring up Libya’s alarming situation

The United Nations delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, held some discussions about the Libyan situation as he attended Munich talks in Germany Saturday.
He held a small meeting with the Dutch Foreign Minister, America’s envoy, Italy’s envoy, and the German Politics Official Chairperson on the margins of the Munich talks.
The Munich talks are taking place to forward peace and ceasefire truce in Syria, however, Kobler seized the chance and brought Libya up on the table in front of world powers aiming at more support for his proposed Serraj government.
