Menfi holds meeting with elders and dignitaries

A number of elders and dignitaries of the tribes met Saturday with the Head of Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi in Tripoli.

The meeting aims to discuss developments in the country and a number of local issues, including national reconciliation and the political challenges confronting the country at the present stage, according to the media bureau of the council.

The meeting, attended by representatives of the regions and cities of eastern, western and southern Libya, as well as their various social components, addressed the national reconciliation project, which the Presidential Council has revealed yesterday its strategic vision, the support to the efforts of the Joint Military Committee 5 + 5, and the election benefits to come.
