NSG Information Ministry declines Tunisia’s terror accusations
Ministry of Information of the National Salvation Government decried Sunday the accusations of both public and private media outlets in Tunisia that alleged Libya is exporting terrorism.
In a statement, The Ministry stated that international and local reports show that the majority of the ISIS terrorists in Libya come from Tunisia.
“We refute such “irresponsible allegations”, yet we strongly appreciate the joint efforts Tunisia is doing with Libya to counter terrorism.” The statement explains.
Worth the mention is that many ISIS-loyal Tunisians were killed and others were injured in the recent clashes in Sabratha city after a U.S. strike that hit a recruits’ camp for ISIS in the city also killing 50 and injuring others all of whom are said to be Tunisians.
