Operation Dignity commander meets with Italian foreign minister in Rome

Operation Dignity commander, Khalifa Haftar, arrived on Monday to Rome.

Italian Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano is scheduled to meet with his Libyan military guest later on Monday, according to the Italian news agency Aki.

This is the second official visit of the commander of Operation Dignity to the Italian capital. He visited Rome in late September, but met only with security officials of the Italian government, including interior minister Marco Minetti and defense minister Roberta Penotti.
