Serraj government calls on state financial institutions to hand power
The Government of National Accord, headed by Fayez Al-Serraj, has urged all of the state financial institutions to start communicating with it to put the needed security measures for the handing if authorities in a peaceful and an organised manner.
In an official statement Saturday, the Presidential Council of the UN-brokered GNA called on the international community and world and regional organisations, particularly the United Nations, the Arab League, African Union, European Union, and the Islamic Conference Organisation to stop dealing with any executive authority that is not part of the GNA.
Meanwhile, Libya is undergoing a serious cash crisis as thousands of people are queuing in front of the banks doors waiting for some liquidity so they cash out some money to help provide fore their families.
