Sadiq Al-Kabir, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), met with the liquidity project team and several of the bank’s divisions in his Tripoli office.

According to the Bank’s official Facebook page, the meeting will kick off the execution of the Bank’s strategy to deliver liquidity to all bank branches and areas across Libya.

It has been decided that the transportation of dispatches and supplies to all areas and towns in Libya would commence next week.

It was also decided that banks and their branches would get liquidity dispatches as soon as possible so that they could pay the children’s grant and August wages in cash.
