An airstrike by Khalifa Haftar’s Air Force has targeted a field hospital in Al-Sawani province in southern Tripoli.

The strike, according to local media outlets, left three fighters from GNA forces killed and several medical personnel injured.

Photos posted on social media showed an ambulance hit by the airstrike in what seems as a systematic targeting of medical staffers and equipment by Haftar’s forces.

The spokesman for Volcano of Rage operation Mohammed Gununu told reporters on Tuesday that southern Tripoli frontlines are seeing an uneasy calm with frequent air attacks by GNA Air Force on positions of Haftar’s forces.
