Triploi-based National Oil Corporation: Distya Ameya incident a clear warning to all vessels’ owners
Tripoli-based National Oil Corporation (NOC) said the measures taken against Distya Ameya, the oil tanker for shipping oil from Al-Hariga port illegally, is a clear warning for all owners of oil tankers
The Chairman of NOC, Mustafa Sanallah, said Saturday on the NOC’s website that any oil exportation from any body other than Tripoli-based NOC will be stopped, accusing those responsible for shipping oil illegally from Al-Hariga port in Tobruk of plunging Libya into division.
Sanallah also criticised the political agreement for exclusion of the oil sector from the agreement articles, saying oil must have been the crux of the political agreement.
