The United Nations delegate to Libya, Ghassan Saalme, has told France 24 in an interview that all Gaddafi regime officials including his son Saif Al-Islam, can be part of the action plan for the solution in Libya.

He told France 24 on Saturday that the presidential and parliamentary elections in Libya should be open and inclusive of all parties, including Gaddafi loyalists, Islamists and others, but not the violence-oriented parties.

Salame launched his action plan on Wednesday, specifying the action as being of three stages that starts with a comprehensive and holistic national conference to amend the Libyan Political Agreement and then set off to work on elections laws and Libya’s constitution.
