Western Coast Guard intercepted 300 immigrants northern Sabratha

The Coast Guard in the western region at Azzawiya Refinery intercepted 300 illegal immigrants on Wednesday.

The spokesman of the Libyan Navy, Ayoub Qasim, said among the immigrants there were 5 women who were on two dinghies in northern Sabratha.

Qasim added that 169 immigrants of African nationalities and other 130 from Bangladesh while one person is from Tunisia, pointing out that they were sent to Azzawiya migrants shelter.
