ICC fugitive said to have kidnapped female inmate from Benghazi prison

Marwa is repoirted to be a convict of “terrorist acts” and she is 17 years only.

Mahmoud Al-Werfalli – a war criminal wanted by the International Criminal Court for extrajudical killings – has been reported by local media that he kidnapped a female inmate from Kwefiya prison in Benghazi on wednesday.

Just hours after the ICC Prosecutor called on Khalifa Haftar to surrender him, Al-Werfalli was reported to have entered Kwefiya prison and took Marwa Al-Werfalli out of her cell.

Marwa is repoirted to be a convict of “terrorist acts” and she is 17 years only.

According to local media, Marwa was arrested by pro-Haftar Salafist Tarig Ben Ziyad Brigade along with two other females in here age.

It is unknown what is the reason behind the kidnap, but Al-Werfalli has been accustomed to killing his prisoners in the open with the camera on.
