Libyan Football Federation announces Football Cup draw in the east
Al-Ahli Benghazi will play Al-Nasir in a derby for the eastern region as part of the quarterfinals for the Libyan Football Cup for 2016.
The draw was conducted on Saturday in Benghazi and saw Al-Akhdar playing Al-Hilal in an important game for the eastern region football ultras as well.
The Libyan Football Federation split the Libyan Football Cup competition into western and eastern region for security reasons and for financial reasons.
