Belgium beats Ireland 3-0 in Euro 2016

Romelu Lukaku scored two and Alex Witsel netted one as Marc Wilmots’ men humbled Martin O’Neill’s side in Euro 2016 Group E.

Lukaku opened the scoring at the Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux with a 48th-minute goal with his left foot. Witsel then netted a header in the 61st minute of the European Championship tie on Saturday afternoon.

Everton striker Lukaku then added a third with a neat 70th-minute finish after the Belgians broke down the right.
