Real Madrid wins 12th Champions League after beating Juventus 4-1

Real Madrid has won the second Champions League title in a row after beating Juventus in Cardiff, Wales in the champions League finale.

This is Real Madrid’s 12th Champions League title.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored first at the minute 20, then Juventus leveled the score at the minute 26.

In the Second half, Ronaldo scored a second time and two other goals were also scored to end the match 4-1 for Real Madrid.
